We all love Panda Bears. I don’t know exactly why but the fact is we really do. Next thing we love almost as much as those cute animals are cupcakes so why not baking both. Don’t worry we are not telling you to bake a real Panda but there is nothing so easy and fun as Panda Bear Cupcakes.
Ingredients:
- 1 1/2 cups flour
- 2/3 cup cocoa
- 1 1/3 cups sugar
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 2 eggs
- 1/3 cup oil
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 2/3 cup milk
- 2/3 cup hot water
