I’m in love with this salad combination! Especially the greek yogurt. It’s a nice and refreshing change to mayonnaise. It’s not easy eating healthy these days (so many temptations!), but this chicken salad would feel like a treat to me without all of the guilt. It’s got just the right amount of crunch, sweetness, saltiness, and creaminess.

INGREDIENTS
- 2 chicken breasts
- 3 Tbsp Yoplait Greek plain yogurt
- 1 cup seedless red grapes, halved
- 1 celery stalk, finely chopped
- 1 pinch coarse salt
- 1 pinch freshly ground pepper
- 4 cups mixed greens (baby spinach and romaine)
- 2 Tbsp candied pecans (storebought)
